- Life-threatening Bleeding Control – Includes tourniquet and haemostatic dressing use.

Maintaining Competency
Employers must ensure first aiders are trained by an accredited provider and that certification is renewed every three years. Annual refresher courses are strongly recommended to maintain skill levels.
