- Part 1: Online Learning
- Self-paced video modules covering essential first aid theory
- Accessible anytime, allowing learners to study at their convenience
- Part 2: Classroom Training
- Two days of practical, instructor-led sessions
- Includes CPR, AED use, wound care, choking, and incident management
