The Girlguiding First Response (VTQ) qualification encompasses a comprehensive First Aid syllabus including Adult, Child and Infant resuscitation for those who do not require the HSE First Aid at Work course. This course is great for guides, scouts, families or anyone who needs comprehensive first aid training. This course covers all aspects of first aid and is an ideal source of reference for many conditions.
First Aid training is not only a good life skill for everyone to learn but also a required mandatory subject needed annually in many professions. The Girlguiding Responder course is our most comprehensive course, covering a wide variety of primary and secondary care subjects.
We include in the course Child and Infant skills to teach the students the difference in first aid for treating different ages.
All our first aid courses are designed to meet the latest UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines and HSE requirements.
The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence-Based Learning statement.
This course comes with 6.0 hours of CPD, although the time to complete the course online may be less than this.
