PARKING: Free parking available on site. ATTIRE: Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing, as this is an active course involving standing, sitting, kneeling, kneeling forward, and rolling over. ABILITY: If you have any physical or special educational needs, please inform us in advance so that we can make the course inclusive. ATTENDANCE: Attendance for the entire day is required; arriving late, leaving early or missing parts of the course will prevent qualification completion. ASSESSMENT: You can take your test on your SMARTPHONE or data enabled device, if you don't have one, please let us know and we will bring a device for you. It is a multiple-choice assessment - this is nothing to worry about as everything is covered on the course. Please note that the course is taught and assessed in English. If you would like to record notes during the course, then please bring a notepad. The course is paperless, and the first aid book is digital and will be available to download from your ProTrainings dashboard. LIMITATIONS: Some of the practical skills need to be performed standing up, kneeling, kneeling forward and rolling over. If you have any injuries or physical problems that may inhibit you from performing practical elements, please advise us before joining the course to determine suitability. MANUALS: Within your ProTrainings profile you will find a wealth of information including a first aid manual which can be downloaded and saved on your phone/device after successful completion of the course. REFRESHMENTS: The training room has a small kitchen area for drink making and a fridge. There is also a café on site where hot and cold lunches can be purchased. Beautiful outside seating area for breaks on a nice day. You can also bring your own lunch/snacks or anything else you may need for the day.
