Funded training is now available through ProTrainigns for a short while which is 100% fully funded by Skills for Care. This training has been provided to quickly train or requalify volunteers or care workers to ensure that they can become trained by virtual lessons or video online training.
This funding is for a limited time so if you know anyone who could benefit please get in touch and we can send you details.
The impact of COVID-19 has created an extremely challenging time for the social care workforce. Skills for Care have identified training that remains a priority during this period to ensure there is a skilled and competent workforce. ProTrainings have been awarded funding to supply certain training to care staff fully funded.
The funding is for volunteers, new entrants to care and refresher training for existing care workers. There are limitations but this is welcome assistance to individuals and companies. The courses are all taught virtually by virtual video lessons with a real instructor or video online training interactive courses.
