This 100 ml bottle is an easy to use gel that is easily and effectively rubbed into your hands. It is important when using any hand gel to make sure that you cover your whole hand and use the correct technique which is the same as for handwashing with water.  Make sure you rub it in for at least 20 seconds to ensure every part of your hand and wrist is covered.  Remember to place it under your rings and do not forget your wrists.
