\"Skills<\/a>The impact of COVID-19 has created an extremely challenging time for the social care workforce. Skills for Care have identified training that remains a priority during this period to ensure there is a skilled and competent workforce. ProTrainings have been awarded funding to supply certain training to care staff fully funded.<\/p>\n

The funding is for volunteers, new entrants to care and refresher training for existing care workers.\u00a0 There are limitations but this is welcome assistance to individuals and companies.\u00a0 The courses are all taught virtually by virtual video lessons with a real instructor or video online training interactive courses.<\/p>\n
