ProTrainings has had its Skills for Care \u2018Centre of Excellence\u2019 Endorsement renewed for 2019-2020.<\/p>\n<p>This enhanced endorsement recognises our credibility and training quality.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the second year we\u2019ve been able to boast about this achievement, after already being a recognised Skills for Care provider, endorsed for delivering training through e-learning, classroom and blended formats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does the \u2018Centre of Excellence\u2019 endorsement mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Centre of Excellence status means that we have \u2018been able to consistently demonstrate an exemplary commitment to meeting the needs of learners in the adult social care sector.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>It also demonstrates that we\u2019re compliant with the social model of care and able to measure the impact of the provision on the lives of people who use these services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the evidence was processed and reviewed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This endorsement was measured over a period of time and included a cohort of evidence:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Witness statements<\/li>\n<li>Feedback forms<\/li>\n<li>Professional report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A review panel then looks over this information. The panel consists of key stakeholders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one employer<\/li>\n<li>Learning and development provider<\/li>\n<li>End-user<\/li>\n<li>Carer<\/li>\n<li>A member of Skills for Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following this stringent process, we were appointed this certification again. This proves the consistency of our training services and demonstrates the high standard of teaching present here.
