CPD locally is what we will look at this week. The problem with CPD is that there are some courses that you have to complete which cannot be completed online. These can be a course like First Aid at Work. The HSE do not currently allow this course to be taught as a blended course so you have to attend a class based course.
Classroom courses have other benefits and are better suited for different subjects or personalities. The key difference is that you can directly interact with the instructor and the rest of the group and ask questions to the instructor with video online training it has other benefits as although you cannot be part of a class you can receive training one on one and you will have other resources to read and download and with ProTrainings you can email questions or use their array of social media accounts to ask your questions Traditional PowerPoint online courses you will not have these benefits. Completing CPD locally has to be both informative and fun.
